I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management group at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

I am broadly interested in the strategic management of innovation as well as medical innovation and entrepreneurship. My recent work has focused on barriers to technological change and how organizational environment shapes both the amount and type of innovation produced.

I received an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a B.S./M.S. in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale. I completed my residency in pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco and Boston Children's Hospital/Boston Medical Center. Clinically, I practice general pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital, where I am an instructor at Harvard Medical School. Prior to my academic career, I worked in management consulting with the Boston Consulting Group.
